If you order one or more products, you may receive separate packages which arrive on different days. WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD HOLDER'S ADDRESS. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Non UK Orders
Orders placed for delivery addressed outside the UK will be despatched upon receipt of cleared funds from the card issuer. We will always notify you if the delivery time is likely to be longer than that indicated above.

£7.50TO ALL UK MAINLAND DESTINATIONS. £9.95 TO Northern Ireland and £30.00 TO Southern Ireland. However we now offer FREE delivery to all UK destinations on orders over £150* ex VAT.

Out of stock
When you order online you will receive Email confirmation of your order. In the unlikely event of any item being out of stock, you will be notified by one of our customer service representatives, and given the option either to continue with the rest of your order, substitute the unavailable items with similar alternatives, or to cancel. We will be happy to discuss your options when we contact you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, JMT Trade Limited T/A Household Handles will refund the full purchase price including p & p. If, on the other hand, you have decided that you don't want the product, postage and packing costs are your responsibility - we will refund the price of the product, minus a 25% re-stocking fee. We do not accept returns from reduced lines or lines to clear.
Any product you return must be returned complete, in clean condition and in its original packaging. We recommend you get the free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. Allow up to 30 days from us receiving your returned item for it to be processed. Refunds will be made to your credit card.
Before we are able to process a returned item or items you must contact our customer service department for a returns form, this will normally be sent to the address given or emailed within 7 days.
